José Aníbal Gomes Ferro de Carvalho

Curricular Note
José Aníbal Gomes Ferro de Carvalho is Chairman of the Board of Directos of Infratróia since December 2013. Between 1995 and 2003 was RDP Administrator, representing the same in the European Broadcasting Union. Between 2003 and 2006 he was Managing Director of RTP Meios de Produção.
Rute Moura
Member of the Board of Directors
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the Escola Superior de Saúde da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa. Specialist in Maternal and Obstetric Health Nursing.
Curricular Note
She began her duties in 2008 at the Unidade Local de Saúde do Litoral Alentejano. Between 2013 and 2023, she worked at the Community Care Unit Serra e Mar, in Grândola, contributing to the implementation of the Mobile Health and Social Support Unit. She participated in community health projects and, in 2020, joined testing and vaccination teams within the scope of COVID-19. Between 2023 and 2025, she worked at the Personalized Health Care Unit of Grândola, in the area of Women’s Health.
João Pedro Madeira

Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa, with international executive education.
Curricular Note
With over 30 years of experience in the construction, real estate and tourism sectors, he joined Norfin in 2025 and assumed the role of COO in 2026. He developed most of his career at Sonae Capital, leading the areas of business development, resorts and real estate. He is a guest lecturer at ISEG and serves on the board of the Associação Portuguesa do Turismo Residencial e Resorts.He also served as a Board Member of Infratróia between 2010 and 2017.
