Function Requirements
- Analyze water and sanitation network projects and issue opinions on them
- Plan, manage, coordinate and supervise the awarded contracts or service provision, from their respective consignment to final reception, including the preparation of measurement reports and final accounts, and exercise permanent physical and financial control of the work
- Support and participate in the preparation of projects for the entity's public works contracts
- Carry out technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects
- Monitor and participate in public procurement procedures
- Support and participate in the preparation of maintenance and operational plans
- Organize and keep the register of spaces and infrastructures updated
- Ensure adequate management of the company's assets
- Support the preparation of the strategic plan and tactical plan for Infrastructure asset management, calculate the infrastructure and asset management knowledge index (ICIGP) and contribute to increasing the level of knowledge
- Develop action plans for the water and energy efficiency of facilities and equipment and monitor their consumption
- Prepare the water balance of infrastructures
- Monitor water losses and develop action plans to detect and reduce them
