Seal of Exemplary Quality for Water Intended for Human Consumption 2026
Infratróia has once again been awarded the ‘Exemplary Quality of Water for Human Consumption’ seal by ERSAR, renewing this distinction for the second year running.
This recognition honours water supply operators that ensure high standards of water quality for the population, reflecting strict compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as the effectiveness of water quality control and monitoring processes.
In the 2026 edition, ERSAR awarded this seal to 56 water supply management bodies nationwide, including Infratróia.
The award of this distinction confirms the Company’s commitment to providing a high-quality service, guaranteeing residents, visitors and users in Tróia safe water that is subject to rigorous analytical testing.
Although this is the second consecutive time this seal has been awarded, Infratróia has already received previous recognition in this area, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to the quality of the water supplied, the security of the supply and the continuous improvement of its systems and processes.
This distinction serves as an incentive to continue the work carried out in the management and optimisation of water supply infrastructure, whilst maintaining a focus on service reliability, resource sustainability and meeting the expectations of those who live, work or visit Tróia.
